ABOUT THE EVENT
The “12 Bars of Denver” Charity Bar Crawl takes place on Saturday, December 13th across LoDo and RiNo and brings together 12 bars, 12 charitable nonprofit organizations, and one full night dedicated to holiday cheer and giving back. This large-scale holiday crawl is designed as a self-guided experience, allowing participants to check in at one central location before exploring any of the participating bars at their own pace. Every stop on the crawl will feature a unique holiday theme, drink specials, entertainment, and a nonprofit partner stationed onsite to share their mission and engage with attendees. This event is not only a fun way to experience Denver’s nightlife during the holidays, but also an opportunity to support important local causes. A portion of all ticket sale proceeds will be donated directly to the twelve nonprofit organizations involved, ensuring that every participant plays a meaningful role in giving back while enjoying the night’s festivities.
HOW CHECK-IN WORKS
Check-in will run from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at our designated check-in location. All attendees MUST check in by 8:00pm to receive their wristband, lanyard necklace, and list of participating bars. Once you’ve checked in, you’re free to explore the crawl at your own pace until midnight. Nonprofit teams will be fully set up at their assigned bars by 6:00pm, and will remain onsite from 6:00pm to 10:00pm to meet guests, share their mission, and engage with crawlers.
HOW TO SUPPORT A NONPROFIT AT CHECKOUT
After selecting your ticket, you'll be presented with the option to hoose the nonprofit you’d like your ticket to support. A portion of every ticket sold is donated directly to that nonprofit you choose. Every ticket sold under that nonprofit also counts as a vote, and the organization with the most votes will receive an additional $1,000 donation from the ticket sales proceeds.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Throughout the night, more than 250 crawlers will be moving between 12 participating bars across LoDo and RiNo, each paired with one of our 12 nonprofit partners. Your interactions, conversations, and presence at each stop help create visibility and support for every organization involved. Denver Pub Crawl staff will be rotating through all participating venues throughout the evening to assist guests, answer questions, and help maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

COMMUNITY IMPACT
A core purpose of this event is to support local and regional nonprofits during the holiday season. Twelve nonprofit partners will be stationed across the participating venues, giving attendees the chance to learn about the work happening in the community and engage with organizations making a positive impact. A portion of event visibility, awareness, and onsite engagement is dedicated to supporting each nonprofit partner.
