ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Tickets are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable under all circumstances, including failure to attend, removal from the event, artist or lineup changes, schedule changes, weather conditions, travel issues, or any other reason, except if the event is canceled without being rescheduled or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
Attendance and participation are entirely at the attendee’s own risk. Concerts may involve loud music, flashing or strobing lights, lasers, fog or atmospheric effects, dense crowds, pushing, dancing, crowd movement, mosh pits, and other potentially hazardous activities. Participation in any mosh pit or similar activity is strictly voluntary. By entering the event or participating in these activities, each attendee knowingly and voluntarily assumes all associated risks, including the risk of bodily injury, illness, property damage, permanent disability, or death.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, each attendee releases and agrees not to hold liable the venue, Purnima Music, the event promoter, performing artists, contractors, sponsors, vendors, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives for any injury, loss, theft, damage, or other claim arising from attendance at or participation in the event, including claims arising from crowd movement, mosh pits, slips, falls, or the actions of other attendees. This release does not apply to liability that cannot legally be waived.
The venue and event promoter reserve the right to refuse admission, deny service, or remove any individual at their sole discretion for unsafe, disruptive, threatening, intoxicated, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate behavior; failure to follow event rules or staff instructions; or any other lawful reason. Removal or denied entry for such conduct will not entitle the individual to a refund.
By purchasing a ticket, entering the venue, or attending the event, the attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
