4. We agree to abide by all posted pool rules and regulations.

5. We acknowledge that all events are held rain or shine and agree to attend regardless of weather conditions.

We hereby waive any and all claims against Tacos and Tequila 140 LLC related to our use of the pool and acknowledge that we are solely responsible for our own safety while using the pool facilities.
