Rules of Steinholding:
- How to Win: The last person left holding the stein with proper form wins.
- Competitors use a standard dimpled glass mug provided by the BNMC.
- The arm holding the stein must stay completely straight and parallel to the ground. You cannot bend your elbow.
- You must be up right. Your arm holding the stein cannot touch your torso or chest for support.
- Disqualification: Bending your elbow, dropping your arm below parallel, or spilling even a single drop of beer results in immediate disqualification.
