MadMinds Productions and Alternative Youth Activities (AYA) present BONUS ROUND, an 18+ after-hours EDM event at Pony Village Mall! Dress to impress in your favorite video game cosplay, or come as you are.
Sponsored by Alternative Youth Activities (AYA), this event is supported by our current and former students, highlighting the transformative power of AYA’s CTS (Construction Technology Specialty) pre-apprenticeship program. This BOLI-certified program equips at-risk young adults with hands-on experience in solar, electrical, and construction, paving the way for promising careers.
Headlining the event is the renowned DJ Forest Green from San Francisco, CA.
Starting her DJ journey in the 1990’s San Francisco underground, Forest Green continues to explore the art of rocking the dance floor, and mastering the mix. 12 years later, she continues taking things to the next level, amazing crowds with her high energy, hot bass lines, and soul gripping grooves. Expect to hear only the freshest jamz, as she searches high and low for the most cutting edge, floor shaking, booty quaking EDM the world has to offer, and brings it straight to you!
Forest is a featured DJ in the popular, indie film GROOVE. GROOVE was accepted to the prestigious Sundance Film Festival in 2000, and was the first film bought that year by Sony Picture Classics. Groove is an independent feature film based on one night in the San Francisco Underground Rave Scene back in the early 1990s.
Forest Green has played at many internationally recognized clubs and venues such as WMF (Berlin), The Paradiso (Amsterdam), The Golden Pudel Klub (Hamburg), Flex (Vienna), The Level (Kuala Lumpur) as well as huge international festivals such as The Pohoda Festival (Trencin, Slovakia) and The WORMweb Equalizer!fest (Rotterdam). She has played at most of the recognized clubs in San Francisco such as 1015 Folsom, Mezzanine, The End Up, 550 Barneveld, DNA Lounge, Club 6, RX Gallery, Anu, 111 Minna and many others. Her talents have been observed and heard in Berlin, Prague, Hamburg, Toronto, Amsterdam, Vienna, Rotterdam, Istanbul, Los Angeles, Chicago, Seattle, Columbus, Denver, Portland, El Paso, Oklahoma City, Phoenix, Calgary, Pittsburgh, Memphis, Albuquerque, Madison, San Francisco, Oakland, Sacramento, San Jose and for the past four years in a row in Miami, Florida for the Winter Music Conference.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Two EDM Stages: Expect a multi-genre night, with house, electro, techno, bass, dnb on the Main Stage and Sound Asylum Bass Stage.
- Dazzling Visuals and Lasers: MadMinds Productions, EM Lighting/Vibe Solutions, and AYA students are preparing a visual experience you won't forget.
- Arcade & Mini Golf: Enjoy games as you groove! The arcade remains open, and Asylum Mini Golf is hosting the Sound Asylum stage for the first time, amplifying the fun.
- Live Art: Visit the live art gallery and connect with local painters as they illustrate the night with live painting!
- Professional Photography by Candid by Stefani: Capture unforgettable moments with high-quality event photos.
- Costume Contest: Must be present at the Main Stage at 11:45 PM to be nominated to win
EVENT RULES & GUIDELINES:
- Age Requirement: This event is for people aged 18+. A valid ID is mandatory for entry.
- Bag Policy: Only small bags or purses are permitted. All bags will undergo inspection at entry.
- Prohibited Items: Outside food, beverages, weapons, and illegal substances are strictly forbidden.
- Hydration: Empty water bottles are welcome—free water refill stations are available inside.
- Bar Service: A full bar is accessible for attendees 21+. Valid ID is required for alcohol purchases.
- Consent & Respect: We are committed to maintaining a safe space for all. Harassment, discrimination, or any violation of personal boundaries will not be tolerated. Consent is essential in all interactions.
- Security & Safety: Professional security personnel will be present. Any breach of event policies will result in removal without a refund.

Contest rules:
1. Keep it event-appropriate – Costumes can be bold but must comply with venue policies (no full nudity or highly offensive imagery).
2. Costumes must allow safe movement – No tripping hazards or overly restrictive outfits.
3. No real weapons or lookalikes – Props must be non-functional and LOOK FAKE.
4. Masks must be removable for ID purposes.
5. Props must be inspected– please present them to Security at the door.
6. Groups can enter – But prizes must be shared.
7. Be present at the main stage at midnight to win.
8. Respect others – No harassment, sabotage, or touching other attendees' costumes.
