This November, we gather in the spirit of gratitude, generosity & community for our annual Gratitude Dance & Food Drive. 🫶
As we enter the season of giving, we invite you to come move, connect, reflect on what you’re grateful for, and give back to our wider community. Bring a nonperishable food donation to contribute to our community food drive! 🥫🍚
All ages, backgrounds, religions, identities & emotions are welcome.

We invite you to help us co-create a Gratitude Altar by bringing a meaningful item, written intention, or expression of something you’re grateful for. Personal items can be taken home with you after the dance.

~~ What is Ecstatic Dance? ~~
Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement meditation where all ages and experience levels are welcome. There are no choreographed steps—just an invitation to move authentically, reconnect with yourself, and experience the healing power of music, movement, and community.
Hosted by Ari (DJ Electro⚡️Cute), founder of Ecstatic Dance Arlington, each gathering offers a thoughtfully curated journey through embodiment, dance, and integration in a welcoming, substance-free environment.

Our two-room experience includes:

✨ Consent first—always ask before dancing with someone.
✨ Barefoot dance floor.
✨ No talking on the dance floor (joyful sounds encouraged!).
✨ Substance-free space.
✨ No photos or videos of dancers.
✨ All forms of movement—and rest—are welcome.
