As day and night meet in perfect balance, we gather to honor the Autumn Equinox—a sacred turning point that invites us to slow down, reflect, and harvest the wisdom of the season.
Together we’ll celebrate the beauty of change, gratitude for all that has blossomed, and the courage to release what no longer serves us as we step into a new chapter.
Through movement, music, and community, we’ll explore the dance between light and shadow, action and rest, holding on and letting go.

Founder of Ecstatic Dance Arlington, DJ Electro⚡️Cute weaves together organic house, Afro house, melodic rhythms, world influences, and deep, heart-opening grooves into an immersive dance journey. Expect an intentional musical arc that invites grounding, expansion, play, emotional release, celebration, and deep connection—with yourself, each other, and the changing season.

Pull an oracle card, set an intention, and add your energy to our shared altar before entering the dance.

Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement meditation where all ages and experience levels are welcome. There are no choreographed steps—just an invitation to move authentically, reconnect with yourself, and experience the healing power of music, movement, and community.
Hosted by Ari (DJ Electro⚡️Cute), founder of Ecstatic Dance Arlington, each gathering offers a thoughtfully curated journey through embodiment, dance, and integration in a welcoming, substance-free environment.

✨ No talking on the dance floor (joyful sounds encouraged!).

✨ No photos or videos of dancers.
