Join us as we celebrate 3 years of Ecstatic Dance Arlington and 2 years of Soul Flow Experiences with a transformational gathering designed to reconnect, awaken, and celebrate in community.

From noon until midnight, you’ll journey through a carefully curated experience that moves from grounding and self-discovery into joy, expression, and collective celebration. Together, we’ll create a space to slow down, tune in, expand our awareness, and step more fully into our authentic selves.

By day, we’ll gather in an intentional retreat environment featuring embodiment practices, breathwork, energy awareness, movement, and opportunities for meaningful connection. Surrounded by nature and community, you’ll be invited to regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and cultivate deeper presence.

As the sun begins to set, the energy shifts into a vibrant evening festival. Music, dance, fire, art, and creative expression come alive as we move together under the stars. Release what no longer serves you, celebrate your aliveness, and immerse yourself in the magic of collective movement and connection.
