Wiztic Flow Arts invites you to the very first Heart of Flow Retreat, a collective gathering where flow, fire, art, connection, and community come together.
Set on the sacred land of MILO Farm, just 30 minutes outside of Kansas City in Buckner, Missouri, Heart of Flow is an invitation to slow down, play, create, connect, and discover new ways of moving through the world. Whether you’re picking up a flow prop for the first time or have been flowing for years, there is a place for you here. All skill levels are welcome, from beginner to master.
Over the course of three days, we’ll gather around movement, music, creativity, nature, and shared experience. Explore a wide variety of flow arts and wellness practices with over 40 workshops and hands-on learning opportunities. Move together during flow sessions accompanied by powerful DJ sets. Connect with vendors and enjoy food trucks on site. Gather around the fire and make meaningful connections with fellow artists and members of the Midwest flow community.
At the heart of this retreat is the belief that flow is more than a practice. It’s a way of connecting with ourselves, with one another, and with the world around us. Heart of Flow is designed to create space for both exploration and integration, with opportunities to learn, play, rest, express, and simply be.
The creation of Heart of Flow, from Open fire circles to our Integration Meal, is designed to bring people together with every element implemented intentionally for our community. We invite you to step outside of the everyday and experience what's possible when art, movement, and community are given room to flourish.

MILO is an acronym for Mindful Intentional Living in Oneness. It is a unique gathering space rooted in creativity, ecology, healing, and intentional community. Its land has long been a home and gathering place for the Kansas City and Midwest fire and flow community. MILO’s lands offer an environment where people can reconnect with nature, creativity, and one another.
