2. We understand that swimming in the pool is entirely at our own risk.

3. We release Tacos and Tequila 140 LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, accidents, or harm that may occur as a result of our use of the pool.

4. We agree to abide by all posted pool rules and regulations.

5. We acknowledge that all events are held rain or shine and agree to attend regardless of weather conditions.

We hereby waive any and all claims against Tacos and Tequila 140 LLC related to our use of the pool and acknowledge that we are solely responsible for our own safety while using the pool facilities.

We have read and agree to the terms and conditions stated above on behalf of all individuals using the purchased tickets.
