Ilima Lei Macfarlane Self Defense Experience

Free youth focused self defense sessions led by former world champion Ilima Lei Macfarlane. These sessions focus on confidence, awareness, and practical real world safety.

Each session includes structured group instruction, hands on drills, and simple techniques designed for beginners and youth participants. Parents are encouraged to attend and remain present during the session.
