This special end-of-year show brings together a mix of post-rock, punk, stoner rock, and alternative sounds for a night that builds from atmospheric to high-energy.
Hibernator sets the tone with their textured blend of post-rock, ambient tones, and emo influences. Formed in 2016 in southwest Montana, they’ve built a reputation for immersive live sets shaped by the talents of Phillip Yanzick, Zachary Jurcich, Anthony Vesco, and Hannah Skiles.
Almost Empathy brings a shift in pace with their raw, fast, and uncompromising hardcore punk straight out of Butte. Their live energy delivers the kind of punch New Year’s Eve crowds look forward to.
Icarus follows with heavy, riff-driven stoner rock from Bozeman. Their sound pulls in thrashy Black Sabbath vibes with hints of Primus and Sonic Youth. Having played around Montana for two years and preparing to release their first album, Elysian Sun, this band adds a bold and dynamic layer to the night.
Renter adds their own style to the lineup with a dynamic set that fits seamlessly into the mix of local talent, offering another dimension to an already diverse night of music.
