Open Mic continues at The Covellite with a rotating host lineup that keeps things fresh all season long. Each month brings a new voice to guide the night, shaping the energy and flow while making space for all kinds of performances. Every Tuesday is a little different, but always rooted in community, creativity, and showing up as you are.
This January, the rotation begins again with Aaron Armstrong, a folk punk singer-songwriter from western Montana. His raw lyrics and gritty acoustic sound carry the spirit of rebellion that lives at the crossroads of folk music and punk rock. Whether he’s busking on a sidewalk or filling a room with sound, Aaron sings for outcasts, dreamers, and those still fighting for a better world. Throughout the month, he’ll host the night and keep the momentum going as performers step up to share.
Here’s how it works:

Sign up at the door for your chance at the mic.
Music, poetry, comedy, dance, stories- all welcome every week. -
All ages are invited to perform, or simply attend and meet your neighbors.
