Our Bodies Dance-

to embed us in our nature

A ritual space to be in our bodies,

meet what's here and now,

invite vitality into our cells

and rodeo in the undercurrent.

We begin with a 30 minute warm up,

a series of spinal motion and breath exercises-

late arrivals enter quietly, but it won't stay quiet for long.

Consent is sexy-

so we can bring all of us to the dance floor

we love less is more

we love more too.
