An evening celebrating the flavors of Italy with a four‑course tasting dinner and cocktail pairing. Expect housemade pastas and regional specialties; cocktails will showcase traditional Italian bitter/sweet botanical liqueurs from the Skurnik Wines & Spirits portfolio. Move from a bright citrusy aperitivo to an alpine amaro and espresso finale, each pairing curated to highlight the spirit and personality of Italy’s food and drink culture.
Event duration is an hour and a half, with two seatings available.

ROCHESTER COCKTAIL REVIVAL [RCR] is New York State's only annual weeklong spirits festival, currently in its thirteenth year. Since its inception in 2014, RCR has grown to include 30+ craft cocktail bars to present 15+ pairing dinners, 40+ parties, a daytime spirit tasting event, hands-on educational seminars, live music, themed outdoor events, interactive arts entertainment, and the climactic Bar Room Battle Royale between local mixologists.
