“BAR” Film Screening + RCR Pregame

Pregame RCR week with the best popcorn in town and a film screening of “BAR,” the thrilling and inspirational story of five people from around the U.S. who descend on the Culinary Institute of America in NYC to participate in the world’s premiere program on distilled spirits and mixology. You want it intense? Meet a fiery mix of talent and personalities. “BAR” takes the audience inside for an unprecedented look into the world of elite bartending. Over the course of an insane week, they test their skills, striving to pass rigorous exams and earn recognition as the world’s leading bar professionals.

While the competition is fierce, the program fosters a sense of community, encouraging participants to inspire one another and elevate the craft. Directed by award-winning filmmaker Don Hardy ("Citizen Penn," "Linda Perry: Let It Die Here"), BAR captures the passion, skill, and diversity behind some of the world’s most extraordinary bars and the dedicated professionals who run them. The film takes viewers behind the scenes, offering a front-row seat as these talented individuals pursue a life-changing achievement and strive to prove they are the best of the best.
