Come see the world premiere of the new hit show Uncle Dungus from Emmy Award Nominated writer Lewis Tuck*! All FIVE EPISODES of the brand new animated series will be premiering at the Emagine Theater in Waconia, Minnesota! Come join us for three separate events celebrating the release of this soon-to-be seminal** work
7:00 PM: THE GALLERY
BEFORE THE SCREENING, there will be a gallery displaying a selection of paintings and illustrations by 4x NBA Finals MVP Lewis Tuck*** which will be for sale to you at affordable prices if you seem cool enough. Come stop by if you want to, or go hang out at the bar across the street (Hoppers) if you get bored looking at paintings and stuff (i get it).
8:30 PM: THE PREMIERE
THIS IS THE BIG THING! You get to see all 5 EPISODES plus A VERY SECRET EPISODE of the BRAND NEW ANIMATED SERIES UNCLE DUNGUS! Roughly 90 minutes long, I'm still editing so idk how long exactly but we should be out around 10:00 PM.
Seating is general admission, except for one seat I'm saving for my friend Big John. He's a pretty big guy who recently had a really rough time going to an Iron Maiden concert, so I'm trying to make it as comfortable as possible for him. So get in early to get a good spot (but please don't steal Big John's spot. It will clearly marked for him and it'd be really mean if you took it)!
If a shorter man who smells like home-rolled cigarettes is in Big John's spot, this is my other friend Pat. Please tell Pat to get out of Big John's spot. If he doesn't, call 911.
The screening will maybe be preceded by a speech by somebody but idk I'm not gonna do it but somebody might. Either way I think it'll make you laugh so it should be cool.
10:00 PM: THE AFTER PARTY
AFTER THE SCREENING, you can stumble across the street to HOPPERS BAR & GRILL where we'll be having an after-party! There will be a DJ! I think the DJ is my friend Doug but idk yet because I'm waiting for him to text back. I might come update this and let you know but I also might not, but there will be a DJ I promise. Also, like 90% of the cast and crew of Uncle Dungus will be there, so you can tell them if you liked it or disliked it.
The after party will be going until late November, but if you want to leave early I won't be mad at you. Now PLEASE BUY TICKETS so I can feed my children****
*Lewis Tuck has never been and never will be nominated for any awards of any kind
** The person who wrote this doesn't know what "seminal" means but regardless of the definition, Uncle Dungus is probably not (nor will ever be) seminal.
