Entrance Details

Enter through the Lyman Gate.
Doors open at 5:00 PM.
Fights start at 7:00 PM.

If you do not hold a military ID, a pass will be issued at the gate.
All adult passengers must have valid ID.
Drivers must present current insurance, registration, and safety check.

Civilian Access to Schofield Barracks

If riding with a sponsor
• Sponsor must complete a sponsorship form
• Bring a valid photo ID

If driving your own vehicle
• Bring valid ID
• Bring current vehicle registration
• Bring proof of insurance

Plan for up to 20 minutes at the gate if documents are in order.

Important Access Notes

You may be denied entry if you
• Have been barred from a military base
• Are a convicted felon on parole
• Lack proper authorization
• Have a documented gang affiliation
• Are a registered sex offender

REAL ID Requirement

IDs must comply with the REAL ID Act for base access. Look for a gold star on your license.
IDs marked “NOT FOR FEDERAL PURPOSES” are not accepted.

A passport or passport card is accepted as secondary ID.
