Spring cleaning for your mind, body & nervous system!

 

Join Kaitlin Battiste, Registered Yoga Teacher and Christina Kreamer, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner for a 75-minute grounding workshop that blends mindful movement, breathwork, and functional health education to help you regulate stress, support digestion, and nourish your body from the inside out.

 

***IMPORTANT-PLEASE READ!***

If you do not sign a waiver, you will not be able to participate in the workshop. If you have an issue signing the electronic waiver and prefer to sign a physical waiver in-person prior to class, please contact Kaitlin at kaitlingraceyoga@gmail.com and a physical waiver will be provided upon arrival. 

 

The workshop will begin at 6:30pm. Please try to arrive at 6pm to check in, sign a waiver, grab refreshments and get settled. Workshop will end by 7:45pm. Feel free to hang around afterwards for complimentary refreshments and connect with the community! Bring your own yoga mat! 

 

 

Workshop structure:

  • Welcome and Intro
  • Icebreakers & Check-In
  • 30-minute trauma-informed, gentle yoga session and meditation, led by Kaitlin: no prior yoga experience needed
  • Nervous System & Functional Health chat with supplemental handouts, led by Christina
  • Wrap-up
