We’re so excited to invite you to a unique offering for our February ecstatic dance on 2/22 @ 2pm-5:30pm!

This special collaboration with Soul Flow events and Ecstatic Dance Arlington will be an intimate container intended to focus on community care, safety and inner presence in these challenging times. @soulflow_events focuses on bridging the world of conscious dance, nightlife and activism in supportive community containers 🫶

This special event will be capped at 25 guests, to create space for meaningful discussions.  Advanced tickets are required. 

** Note: We will temporarily be using a different Arlington  location for this month. Location will be revealed to ticket holders upon request and sent automatically via the ticketing platform on Thursday Feb 20 @ 12pm **

Maryam will start us off with small group discussions to reflect on how we wish to show up for ourselves and the community as sacred activists and speak on the resilience of oppressed people all over the world.

Resident DJ & facilitator, Electro⚡️Cute will start us with some light embodiment exercises to awaken our senses and somatically release. The invitation is to truly co-create this experience and the group will be invited to share their unique sounds and movements. This will lead us into the ecstatic dance journey to drop deeper into inner presence and community play. 

KiVibes will cool us down with a nourishing sound bath experience to ground our energy with her gong, ocean waves, chimes, 7 crystal chakra bowls, and Merkaba singing pyramid, catering to the group's energy to ground, co-regulate our nervous systems, and lead us into deep relaxation and connection.

We close the container with a community sharing circle and intention setting before bringing this renewed energy back to our collective 💫
