About this event
Calling all performing artists, groups, and supergroups- musicians, poets, comedians, dancers, mimes!
This summer, the final Tuesday Open Mic of each month will be a teen-focus event hosted by Covellite Open Mic comedian extraordinaire alum Peyton Waters, in association with Butte Cares.
People over 18 are still encouraged to attend, listen, and perform! Sign-Up Slots preference between 6-9pm will be given first to humans who have a curfew.
We had several awesome youth artists make regular appearances over the winter, and Butte Cares hopes with this series to cultivate a space where even more young people are comfortable performing and attending to support each other.
Whenever the teen-focus performers have wrapped up for the evening, we will still have slots for performers over 18, and end the night with a jam session.
Also in association with RockTop Nation, where students can apply for free music instruments and music lessons! https://www.rocktopnation.com/copy-of-rock-the-pit
